This location is unbeatable! 3 Bedroom apartment located right in the middle of First Beach (Easton's Beach - 0.7 miles) and Second Beach (Sachuest Beach - 1 mile). Pack your suitcase! This sunny, two-bedroom, second-floor seaside rental has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There is plenty to do, all close enough to walk or within a 5-minute ride: sightsee, shop, enjoy some of the best restaurants and clubs. Walk one the many nature trails. Play golf at some of the best courses! Come back from the beach and enjoy refreshments on the deck off the master bedroom or relax in the yard and grill a steak. Oh yes, we are pet friendly!

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The space is equipped for long stays, with a dedicated work space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and storage space. Walk to the bike path or URI campus (we are 1.4 miles from the center of campus). Under 5 miles to Amtrak, stores and restaurants; less than 10 miles to beautiful beaches.

Minutes to Newport w/ extra family sleeper couch!

Fall in love with Newport while staying with us! The apartment has One bedroom (Queen bed), separate full bath and Queen pull out couch for family. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen if you want to make meals. Come and go with your own private entrance and 1 off street parking space. You are close to everything by car, and next door is the newly built bike path for a leisurely ride to Newport Waterfront! **The unit was just freshly painted this off-season 2024**

Welcome to Merhalla! Located minutes to downtown Newport and Broadway, 1.6 miles to the Naval War College. Everything you need for your Island vacation is within 2 miles! You will have a 1,000 sq ft open floor plan apt decorated with original, local art. The open concept layout has a private bedroom with an additional open air suite. Charming small, self contained studio apartment on the 3rd floor of newly renovated antique house. Warm in Winter, cool in Summer. Fast internet and TV with Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen, full bath/in-bath shower. Quiet neighborhood with coffee shops, restaurants and bus stop literally around the corner. Easy, 15min walk to downtown/Convention Center /Bus/Train stations/Mall. 10mins walk to the famous Atwells Avenue and all it's wonderful restaurants.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
