This apartment is located in the southeast sector of Middletown and is less than a mile from Newport. The area is close to the beaches of Aquidneck Island, the fabulous Cliff Walk and is three miles from Naval Station Newport. The property is well kept and offers off street parking. There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. Note to military: 25% discount for extended stay

This bright studio is the perfect getaway for couples and small families. 7 min walk from the beaches as well as all seaside shops, restaurants, and Rejects brewery. PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. Recently renovated, it features an open plan concept as well as a private deck from where you can enjoy epic sunset and winter water views. Walk to Newport’s most famous beaches or go on adventures in the surroundings

Fall in love with Newport while staying with us! The apartment has One bedroom (Queen bed), separate full bath and Queen pull out couch for family. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen if you want to make meals. Come and go with your own private entrance and 1 off street parking space. You are close to everything by car, and next door is the newly built bike path for a leisurely ride to Newport Waterfront! **The unit was just freshly painted this off-season 2024**

This location is unbeatable! 3 Bedroom apartment located right in the middle of First Beach (Easton's Beach - 0.7 miles) and Second Beach (Sachuest Beach - 1 mile). The only difficult decision will be which beach to go to! Do you want more than this? We got you! Welcome to Merhalla! Located minutes to downtown Newport and Broadway, 1.6 miles to the Naval War College. Everything you need for your Island vacation is within 2 miles! You will have a 1,000 sq ft open floor plan apt decorated with original, local art. The open concept layout has a private bedroom with an additional open air suite. Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
