Remodeled, upgraded studio, "The View For You," is an ocean oasis at Seascape Resort. Gorgeous views! This beautiful, ocean view unit is located in the amenity-rich Seascape Resort in Aptos, CA. Walk on the gorgeous beach, this vacation rental is perfect for a romantic getaway or a week away from it all with the family. There are 3 pools, hot tubs, Sanderling's restaurant on-site as well as restaurants and shops across the street. The beach spans for miles. Walk the grounds or enjoy the pools, beach and restaurant! This unit has a chair that folds out to twin sized bed to sleep the third person!

The newly remodeled unit offers a beautiful fireplace, hardwood flooring, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bathrooms, stairs, a laundry system, and more. Beautiful villa just a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Bring your family and friends to enjoy this quaint place with an expensive ocean view and the best view of the resort. Live spaciously in 2 luxurious master suites upstairs and an open concept living room and kitchen downstairs. It will surely be an unforgettable experience!

The condo is located in a tranquil condo community, just two blocks from the longest beach in Santa Cruz County. You can walk in either direction for a couple of miles from this beach. Closely located to Seascape Golf Course and Seascape Resort. With Monterey Bay, Capitola, and Santa Cruz within a short drive, this location is centrally located to many tourist spots, hiking trails, beaches, wineries, and so much more. And, the complex has two beautiful pools, heated April through October.

A well equipped kitchen, a BBQ, access to 3 swimming pools and spas, a resort bar and restaurant, and easy beach l-access. Golf, fitness center and tennis are available at a reasonable cost. The Village includes a coffee shop, pizza parlor, Chinese restaurant, a grocery store, Mexican restaurant and more.
