Chandos Lake Cottage

Luxury lakefront cottage. Shallow wade-in water near the shore and deep off the large 20x20ft dock. Custom stone steps will take you down to both the dock and the lake. Large outdoor dining options and many areas to sit and relax. Spacious chef's kitchen. Large indoor wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and lots of water toys, including 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a SUP board. There is also a trampoline for the kids! Fully maintained road makes this a perfect winter getaway location in winter!

Kabin Paudash Lake

Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!

Retreat in the heart of Muskoka, come enjoy the sparkling calm of Muskoka River. Inside offers an open concept kitchen, living and dining area and two bedrooms facing a forested backyard with a walk-out deck. Fire up the BBQ on the front patio or toast marshmallows by the river at your new waterside oasis. ☃️❄️ From ice skating trails, winter fests and tubing to dog sledding, snowshoeing and sleigh rides — winter at the cottage is exciting, tranquil and beautiful. In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.
