1940's era-2 story cottage. This downstairs unit was renovated in early 2019 & offers a full apt w/ bed, bath, full kitchen, sitting room w/ TV, washer, dryer & private courtyard. Relax and enjoy a book, catch up on work at the desk, cook a meal, play board games.Watch TV from bed, the living room, or the dining room. Enjoy Nextflix, hulu, ESPN+, Disney+, PlutoTV, ROKU. Have a meal on the balcony, play cornhole out back, or throw a frisbee in the cul de sac. This unique and peaceful stained-glass chapel next to a creek will make you feel like you're staying in an enchanted forest right in the heart of Alpharetta. Recline in the hot tub or relax around the firepit before taking a short stroll across our tree bridge. Home is 25' x 25' so super cozy yet perfect for two!

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
