It's like your own modern mini resort with intriguing historal background for a quick weekend getaway from reality. Everything you need is there, and if you think you are missing something- you probably didn't look good enough. Highly recommend for families and pet owners. Two things I would suggest to clarify on the listing: there is no soaking whirpool tub upstairs 🙁, and there is a new sauna in the backyard 😀. (We didn't use it, but it looks very nice.)

Our visit was great. We decided on a last minute weekend getaway and chose the right spot. My husband and I enjoyed our air hockey and pinball tournaments along with a hot tub soak at night. Lots of great movies to pick from and a great yard our lab enjoyed. Even though there are neighbors nearby, it felt very private and quiet. Would definitely return :)

The house itself was the best-equipped rental we’ve ever experienced. Starting with the kitchen: no cheap utensils, no flimsy dishes—they didn’t cut corners. Everything felt like it was stocked by someone who actually cooks. Every little tool or item you’d expect in your own home was there. As for cleanliness—impeccable. This may have been the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in. Spotless, organized, and not a single hair out of place. The location was fantastic: walking distance to downtown Menasha with its charming restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and right on the water. The hot tub was actually the reason we booked, and it absolutely delivered. High-quality Adirondack chairs added a nice touch and made it feel like home. We’re already talking about coming back—especially to try out the pontoon boat next time. Everything about this rental exceeded our (very high) standards. We own beautiful homes ourselves and expect a lot when we travel. This place lived up!

This place was absolutely gorgeous and so well taken care of! The host Hillary was very responsive when I had questions and gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area! We didn't get to spend much time at the house because we were there for an event but everyone agreed they would all love to come back when we don't have any plans to relax and enjoy the place! Beautiful house and beautiful view highly highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay for our long weekend! We came with the intention of staying in and relaxing for most of our time, and it was a beautiful place to do that. Grocery store was close, so we could go out and get groceries to cook meals and lots of brochures and books with recommendations for restaurants in the area. Only three minutes away from the lake made it super easy to go walk along the water!

Perfect spot to get away. Hot tub and water front cottage were the highlight. Larry was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We had two families that stayed together, all adults. We had a blast at the Tiki Bar and beach. The water was crystal clear! We didn't hit the pool because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach. We walked downtown and walked through a Porsche car show on the way. We hit a local Brewhouse for a beer then a swanky little restaurant for some Martini's. Everything was so close and the weather was amazing! Make sure to hit the Speak Easy right next to the condo. We stumbled upon so many cool things! We also rented SUP boards and paddle boats one afternoon. The rentals is quick and right there at the beach. We will definitely go back!

Loved the home! Perfect for single family/solo trip. Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood! Strongly suggest to see sunset at Calumet County Park.

We had a great time! The kids loved hanging downstairs with the big TV and the PlayStation and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! We hope to be back again soon!
