It was so perfect. Hot tub excellent, bbq excellent, beds, so comfortable. It was everything we needed to unwind after a busy tax season. LOVED OUR STAY!

House was clean and welcoming. The views are amazing and the backyard is a paradise. The amenities are much better than most Airbnbs. Todd & crew have thought of everything. Coffee, condiments, disposable plates & cups, even some toiletries in case you forgot your own. Neighborhood is in the north side of town and we did get hit with a few days of very very strong winds (nothing that the host could obviously prevent but something to note). Mitch was super responsive and got the pool and hot tub heated up in a jiffy for us and even suggested the Thursday evening street fair which was awesome. Would highly recommended any property hosted by them and we will definitely come back to stay if we ever make it back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was even more beautiful than the photos, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, which made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Kenia’s home was spectacular! We absolutely loved the backyard…the spa was so nice and hot, the pool very clean (too cold to swim), putt putt area was so much fun. Inside was spacious with a big TV, lots of beds (master very comfortable), fun bunk beds, and a nice culdesac where the home is located. I loved the orange and grapefruit trees as well. Kenia was gracious and friendly! My kids were SO sad to leave. Highly recommend!

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I had a very pleasurable experience staying at John’s! It’s amazing with a big group of people because there are so many rooms with huge couch space where you can hang out depending on the vibe. The place was basically spotless and was equipped with all the essentials. John was responsive and was so helpful with any requests. Would highly recommend staying here!

OMG what a beautiful home! It was perfectly clean and generously equipped. The master bedroom was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Exquisite view from the back deck, very relaxing. We will book this home again. It is the nicest place we have ever booked in Big Bear. We have booked in Big Bear several times before, for a bit cheaper, but they weren’t nearly as nice and impressive. Worth the price that was asked. Thank you Bryan. An awesome host. Pleasant stay and responsive host. Plenty of room for me and my 3 teenage kids. Board games were available (Risk is the best!). I’ve read other reviews about the dock being under construction or something, but we found no such issue. We fished off the dock and caught (& released) several blue gill. Recommend small Rapallas with natural colors, trout imitators. They couldn’t resist.

Loved the house—it definitely had that cozy cabin feel. Yuri was very responsive and helpful, and he made sure the utilities were all set up. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend getaway!

We had an amazing weekend stay at this beautifully designed home in Lake Arrowhead. The space was not only stylish and cozy, but also offered breathtaking views that made our trip even more special. Great place to stay. Plenty of room and very clean. I'll likely be coming back as the location is walking distance to the village and lake.

The Verdin's Nest was one of our favorite Airbnbs we've ever stayed. We were impressed by the cabin's layout, thoughtfully laid out landscaping and the cute, personal touches throughout the home and backyard. The flow of the house is just perfect. We ended up staying in to make dinner two nights in a row because we loved the kitchen and views of the mountains so much. We also read many of the books from the library and I got introduced to a new favorite author! Highly recommend!

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and safe. My seven sisters and I get together every four months . We loved this home and we shared our great times and beautiful family memories together. It was very welcoming , very spacious and we enjoyed every minute here. We’re looking forward to return next year God willing.

My boyfriend and I couldn’t have found a better place to celebrate our four year anniversary! It was super easy to find and the vibes were immaculate. The attention to detail was so thoughtful! From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back!
