This was our 2nd time staying at Gretchen’s place and it really is a perfect place for our family with 3 little kids. The location can’t be beat and the space is clean and pristine. The garage is stocked with everything you would ever need for the beach and they are very responsive as hosts if you need anything. We plan to book again!

This was a great place to stay Had everything we needed The location was great and very comfortable. Ashraf left lots of extras which was great as we arrived late and was very tired.

Loren was extremely responsive and great to work with! The guest house was perfect for our family of 4 with small children. Everything was clean and well kept! We had an absolute blast!

This was the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. It’s located right across the street from the beach within walking distance, and there are some great restaurants in the area. The house had all the amenities I could ask for. The host was helpful and responsive. Great experience. An added bonus is that the beach gear and beach towels are included, even a cart to lug everything. Overall this is a great find. I’d highly recommend this house to others. I would stay again next time I’m in the area.

We were so happy with our stay, the home was exactly as listed! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a good amount of local restaurants! Chad was a very proactive host!

This place really is a slice of heaven. The bikes and beach chairs were really handy to have. The space is perfect for a couple and kitchen is stacked with everything for cooking. We would stay here again!

Location,location,location! Every morning was sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony in pajamas, and sunset on the beach a short walk away. The pool was an enjoyable place to unwind after a busy day walking. There was a small hiccup upon our arrival that was quickly resolved. Trolley stops are conveniently located at the end of the “driveway” from the building. There are 3 places to eat within short walking distance. Will plan to return here in the future.

Good location and easy walk to beach and restaurants. House was newly renovated, clean and matched the description. It would be helpful to have more hooks over the door, in the bath and for towels as well as a luggage rack or place to set a suitcase.

I would call Scrugg’s Harbor the hidden gem of IRB! Fantastic price for the location, and Morgan and her team go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to Kamp Komfort waterfront cottage since it was available and wow- just what I needed to have beautiful beach views from the living and kitchen area. The back porch is HUGE and the perfect spot for sunset, dolphin and bird watching. Restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The place is spotless inside and even the sand is raked. Washer/ dryers, chairs umbrellas and more available for use. Located on a quieter stretch of the beach which is fantastic! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the beach cottage lifestyle!
