Enjoyed the stay except a lot of places and sights closed mid early week which made it interesting. More spread out then expected but wonderful stay

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

We had a great time as a family...the house is amazing, with two large living areas where everyone can congregate (or separate into two groups!). Jennifer was so kind and helpful. Great to work with. A Wonderful stay! hope we can return someday!

Absolute loved our stay at The Hideaway, and will surely be back to stay here again! Had everything we needed, and the location/views were everything we hoped for. Very peaceful and comfortable. Incredibly communicative and easy to follow instructions from the host - thank you for everything!

This Cottage was just as described. Very peaceful and right on the lake. Easy access to downtown Hot Springs and the track.

We came down for Arkansas Derby weekend, and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was just the right size for me, my husband, and our two adult children with their spouses. Each couple had their own room, and the common spaces were ideal for gathering, playing games, and enjoying great conversation. The kitchen was a standout feature with its spacious island—perfect for snacking and socializing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The house was peaceful and matched Sal’s description. Sal was very responsive throughout our stay. Everything was clean, there were plenty of linens & towels, and we had abundant space for a larger group. My friends and I all enjoyed our weekend trip here.

I believe that a perfect rating is required, but we got in late, after having car trouble, so it was dark and we really had to search for where we were going. We also realized that we had parking at the end of the building and didn't have to park in the back. I couldn't get in with our door code, but Kevin quickly gave us one to unlock the door. The condo is amazing. We were on the first floor but never heard anyone above us. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep and then enjoy the daytime view overlooking the water. Everything was very convenient, the condo was really nice and well-appointed inside, 15 minutes from the convention center, close to a lot of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here. Just make sure to ask him to leave the light on if you are arriving late. We would definitely stay again.

My family of three generations enjoyed Justin's Airbnb. The three bedrooms were perfect for my family. My parents had the master bedroom with their bathroom on the main floor, while my husband and I had the basement bedroom next to the bedroom, which had a fireplace, deck, and TV. My children loved their own space in this bedroom. Justin provided all the toiletries, extra blankets, and pillows. The coffee bar was our favorite spot in the morning, and my favorite spot was the deck. I sipped my coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Balboa Marina in Hot Springs Village is lovely and peaceful. It has a good-sized man-made sandy beach for swimming. We rented a boat to enjoy the beautiful lake.
