Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight. Ms. Juli was an exceptional host, always responsive and flexible, making our stay seamless. The house was well-kept, offering high-quality linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to Ms. Daisy, the house caretaker, who provided superb assistance, including marketing and cooking services. The fresh ingredients and delicious meals, especially the inihaw na Tilapia, were a highlight. We enjoyed Netflix at the cozy outdoor viewing area and the kids loved the pool, which was perfectly located for easy supervision. The layout of the house was ideal for family gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful staycation home not only for its place but also because of Ms. Juli's gracious hospitality. It was truly a hassle-free, enjoyable family celebration. Sincere thanks to Ms. Juli and Ms. Daisy for helping us create beautiful memories. We look forward to our next stay!

The unit is tidy and smells great! You can surely experience it upon entering the unit. The owner is very responsive as well and accommodates our needs immediately. This place is very suited for family bonding. I love the indoor pool because you can swim anytime and you will not be soaked under the sun’s heat. Toiletries are even free which is highly appreciated! The kitchen is fully functional with cookwares and utensils. Bathrooms are immaculately clean. Rooms are spacious too. The unit is also easy to find especially if you want to order food online. We had a great time here! We will definitely book again. Thank you so much for accommodating us! 😍👍

I really wanted to gatekeep the experience but I'm not selfish so yes, One of the top tier Airbnb in bulacan is here!! We had so much fun celebrating our Father's 60th birthday. As a fan of good ambiance, aesthetic design and complete amenities? I could say that I'm lucky to experienced it on Jecca's listing. Will definitely go back! But I have some few concerns. We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! Our family had a great time staying at Mikaela’s Place. Feels like we are staying at one of the resort in the South. It was so close to home! Jolina the caretaker of Casa De Amena was very helpful, attentive to all our needs and made sure that all our needs were readily available. From our senior parents down to the youngest member of the family… all I see were big smiles and fun! Thank you very much!

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. We forgot to ask for to turn the jacuzzi but that is entirely our fault. The personnel are so friendly and very helpful. Kudos to ate Esther for going through the dos and dont's of the place. We had an amazing stay at this 5-bedroom villa! The entire place was incredibly clean and cozy, and one of the first things we noticed was how great it smelled throughout—so fresh and inviting. Every room felt thoughtfully prepared, and the furniture , appliances were top-notch, giving a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. The host was very accommodating from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed. The staff were also super attentive and kind, always ready to help without being intrusive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed getaway!

Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

It was gracious of the host to let us check in early. My mom commented on how clean the rooms were as compared to other more expensive Airbnbs we've stayed in. Ate Carol and staff were always present to help us with our needs. They even offered to help fetch us some items that we needed in the public market. Best part of our stay was when we had a boodle fight dinner and our Noche Buena later on that night. They have a fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and utensils for our family of 20. The property has plenty of space for everyone to lounge about. A bummer that there is a dam that blocks the riverview. The riverview was one of the reasons we booked the property. Nevertheless, we still find the property very cozy and charming. It offers good value for money due to the facilities and beautiful spaces.

We loved our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was awesome. On top of that the staff was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

Place is a bit pricey but it is priced accordingly. The place is huge and sparkling clean! Ideal for big group. Things to improve on; Additional pillow ( as three heads are sharing with the two pillows) Extra foam (for the member of the family who would like to stay in the same room) - all rooms have 1 queen size bed except for one with 2 queens Their induction cooker is not working but they are very much prepared for it as they offered two butane gas operated stoves. Maybe, they can put plants or even plant paintings at the pool area to improve the outdoor feel and make swimming more inviting. But overall, I would recommend the place for a large group. The hosts are so efficient and they are easy to communicate with. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

I had a great time at Jeremy’s place. It is in a great location—a gated community beside a mall and close to other conveniences. The place itself was great. Everything was clean, and it looked exactly like the photos. Instructions for getting there were pretty straightforward as well.

Place: The place is really nice and definitely homey. I just hope that the pool has heater too (so we can enjoy night dip without getting shivers 🤭) It is a well maintained property. Host: 1000000/10 service! She's very responsive and really knows how to maintain a good host-client relationship. +100 points that she's aware and knowledgable of the popular spots around the area. Price: you get what you paid for!! It really exceeded our expectations and without a doubt,It clearly became our fave bnb stay from our previous Highschool friends trip.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The 4 spacious bedrooms made it perfect for our large group, especially with kids. The villa itself is well maintained, clean and big with ample space for everyone. The villa has a shared pool outside, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and welcoming retreat!
