Our casita hides under the shadow of the Superstition Mountains with an amazing view of the Flat Iron. With access to private trails leading into the Lost Dutchman State Park and Tonto National Forest you be able to explore all the desert you'd like. Nestled close to the famous Goldfield Historic Ghost Town, Paseo Event Center, the infamous Hitching Post Saloon and only minutes away from Canyon Lake. One bedroom is open concept without a door and includes bunk beds. The other is a master suit.

It's a perfect, quite base camp for your outdoor adventures with plenty of parking for all your toys. Fast Wi-Fi, 3 Roku TV's and ice cold AC. Attractive and efficient space. Your suite is private. There are no common areas. Gold Canyon is a sleepy little town nestled under the Superstition Mountains. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

Cougar on the Mountain Casita

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ
