This upper level bachelor bunkie sleeps 2 in the open concept room. Separate bathroom with large shower. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave and air fryer/toaster oven combo. You can either sit on the south deck overlooking a marina to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Out on the north deck you can BBQ a delicious meal.

Soak in the Adirondacks from this rustic, newly remodeled one-bed apartment with a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Start your day with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Moose River. Feel free to launch one of our kayaks from our private dock, watch the stars from the hot tub or by the fire pit, take a bike ride on our bikes or just watch the amazing wild life and sunset from your private deck. Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and all of the summertime fun in Old Forge.

Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Walk down our path to your own private waterfront. Great place for couples, small families or friends getting together

Smugglers Getaway on the St. Lawrence River

Enjoy your privacy in this waterfront cabin in the historic Smugglers Cove on the St. Lawrence River in the heart of the 1000 Islands. You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Want to be walking distance from town but still feel like you’re in the woods? Want the amenities of home while you’re away from home? Look no further! Right on the edge of West Carthage (Champion) mostly surrounded by woods and farmland you’ll find this cabin still within a half mile of two grocery stores, two gas stations, and three fast food places. Also less than 8 miles from the airfield gate for anyone looking to visit Ft Drum and roughly 20 mins to Watertown.

Enjoy the huge deck overlooking the waterfront that is perfect for kayaking, fishing and viewing wildlife! Enjoy the peace and quiet and abundant wildlife on this private road away from it all! *Kayaks and fire wood are not currently provided.

Xanadu - Zen waterfront retreat on Upper Rideau

This glorious escape on the Upper Rideau is quiet, relaxing, and incredibly private located back from the water and surrounded by woods. Venture down to the dock to swim, lounge, or watch boats go by. Dogs are welcome but should be leashed by dusk to avoid meeting skunks or porcupines who frequent the area.
