Get cozy and settle into this rustic yet refined space. This is a brand new, finished in June 2023 tiny home, on the same property as our personal home. It has all the comforts of a full size home, including, radiant heated floors, A/C, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, two burner gas stove and a full size fridge. There is a private fenced in outdoor courtyard, with private hot tub, fire place and propane grill. As well as its own driveway with plenty of room too park a boat if you'd like.

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. The property is steps away from avalanche mountain preserve where you can hike, mountain bike, disc golf, snow shoe/ice skate or just take in the views of the lake. Boyne mountain resort is a short 10 minute drive. We are centrally located.
