Charming beach front home with public beach,tennis courts, basket ball courts & playground directly across the street. 3 Bedrooms plus the Sun room has 3 additional beds and a sitting area/table for games or additional dining space. Front deck overlooks the Grand Traverse Bay where you can sit back and enjoy an amazing sunset! Back deck has nice table&bbq grill. A fire pit just off the back deck. 2 blocks from downtown Elk Rapid's movie theater, shops & dining. Perfect location for any getaway.

Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. In the warmer months, this all-sports lake is ready for swimming, fishing, and all things fresh-water. We hope you feel welcomed and relaxed at Little Elk Cottage! @littleelkcottage
