Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Please message us for availability. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

Pinon Paradise

Adventurer's delight! Very private location at a great price. We are located 3 miles east of South Fork. Take your pick from skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, ATVs, or just relaxing. Come enjoy the 360 degree mountain views at this quiet cabin nestled among pinons and cedars. Great views from new windows in front and back rooms. This updated cabin offers one bedroom with queen size bed, a loft with two twins beds, and a futon in the living room. Kitchen with essentials and bbq on the deck.

The house has a fenced in yard and is located on 1 acre just a few minutes walk from the national forest. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the cozy enclosed porch. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!
