Close to hiking trails, ball parks, Midwestern University, ASU West and main thoroughfares (I-17, 51, 101, & 303). After a day of working hard or hardly working enjoy a swim in the beautiful pool or stretch out on the chaise lounges. Relax on the patio swing, taking in the serenity of a yard fringed with tall trees and green grass. During our chilly desert nights head for the fire pit to warm your toes or toast marshmallows. Interior pluses include Smart TVs, surround-sound stereo, a walk-in tile-and-glass shower with a relaxing rain head and a very comfortable queen bed! Gated, Private Entrance, Security door, Walk-in Closet, Tile/Glass Shower Surround. Small Patio area with extra seating. BBQ, Pool Upon Request, Bicycles upon Request. Ocassionally. We mostly leave it up to our guests. Ask the hosts to provide bicycles and then head for the bike path in nearby Conocido Park. Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!

Welcome to our home! This is a Smoke-Free home. Our home is located in N. Phoenix very near the 17 and the 101 making travel to desirable sites very simple. Sedona, Page, Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon, and many other beautiful places are doable as day trips. After enjoying the many outside adventures that Arizona has to offer, you can sit and relax by our pool (not heated) or watch the sunset from our back patio. We are excited to share our home and our beautiful city with you!
