Ένας ζεστός ανακαινισμένος χώρος με μοντέρνα αισθητική σε κεντρική τοποθεσία της Ερμούπολης με σύγχρονες παροχές και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Μόλις 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι και 10 λεπτά από την πλατεία Μιαούλη. Ιδανικό για εσάς που δεν έχετε αυτοκίνητο ώστε με ευκολία να εξερευνήσετε την καρδιά του νησιού. Σε ένα συγκρότημα από πέντε κατοικίες, οι οποίες χτίστηκαν κυρίως για θερινές διακοπές αλλά και για διαμονή όλο το χρόνο, βρίσκεται το σπίτι "Erina".
