This space is sooooo chill! Lisa & Owen’s Pohutukawa Farm overlooking the sound… can’t beat it. Everything inside is spotless & QUALITY. As an Airbnb Super Host, I’m always impressed when I find new ideas or small little details to add to my listings, & this pad had me very inspired. 5 STARS everything. Beautiful hosts! We loved our stay! The place was very comfortable and included thoughtful guest touches like magazines, guides to Nelson and a few kitchen staples. We did have a little trouble locating the entrance to the building and the parking area. Angela was very responsive.

Beautiful spot by the sea! The hosts were friendly and made themselves available for anything we needed. The place was charming and quaint. The view is incredible, and the relatively secluded location up on the cliff made it a really special experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Joanne and David were very generous and kind hosts. We enjoyed their company very much - it was as if they were long lost friends. The apartment was high quality with luxurious touches. A fully functional kitchen was supported by a large range of pantry items and treats. Probably the best Airbnb bed we have ever slept in. Great wifi and television with a range of program options. We were permitted to garden forage which supplied us with a huge amount of fruit and herbs. Private parking for our car, washing machine and deck with BBQ made for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

We loved staying at David’s place. Was a walk to everything we needed. Had an amazing outlook onto the water. And David and his family were so helpful. The kids loved the foosball table too. Highly recommended.

A lovely cottage with gorgeous decor. Comfortable and everything I needed. Easy 25 minute walk to town and NMIT and 3 minutes on the bus. Very handy. I highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks so much Sally!

Mooie fijne plek. Je voelt je er goed thuis, we werden heerlijk verwend met extraatjes, en lekkere muslie voor het ontbijt. De dochter vond het heel leuk om tussen de vele boeken te kijken. Jammer dat ze voor lezen nog iets te jong is.

A truly lovely home, it rained all weekend for us (April) but we really enjoy this home, it was warm, comfortable and modern. Super functional for a large family of six. Melissa is a great and friendly host. Would definitely stay again, thank you! ☺️

We had a great stay the house was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Very peaceful with a lovely outlook. Had delicious pizzas from Al Forno. Appreciated the coffee and wine and a lovely welcome card.

Meredith is a great host - funny, friendly, speedy responses and lots of recommendations! The house is spacious and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and modern. Location is great, walking distance to main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops. Can keep walking through town to see murals and up the hill to hiking/biking trails and views of city and harbor. Great base to explore Nelson!

Absolutely loved our stay here. It is so nice being able to walk to the city centre, great coffee at Bobby Franks and towards the waterfront the other way. We were 6 adults and all had our space comfortably with the inside and outside areas. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommend

Lovely clean, tidy house with spacious living area and comfortable bedrooms (beds rather soft but comfy). Kitchen good size with two ovens which was useful. Nice view, although hedges in front cut out quite a bit of it. Nice quiet location, bit of a drive to get up the hill & along the road to it with loads of speed humps which makes it take quite a while, but once there is a lovely spot and nice to walk around the area with the spectacular views. Huw was very helpful and friendly with great communication - highly recommend!

Jessica was the ultimate host. We loved her beautiful home and all the little “extra” touches she provided. The house was in a great central location with easy access to everything we needed. Would recommend Jessica and her home to anyone visiting Blenheim you will not be disappointed. Many thanks Jessica for making our stay memorable.

We absolutely loved our time here. Fantastic host and loved the house ( great view, set up, fit out of the house). Also had fantastic weather which meant we used the deck each morning for breakfast. Fantastic stay

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

A perfect three nights in Nelson, Lynda’s home is in a gorgeous community of cottages with a couple amazing pubs close by. She has bikes that we were able to make use of and have fun cycling around the city. The home is clean, warm and cozy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and spacious for the two of us. The view is beautiful looking out on the harbor. Kat was lovely and responsive.

Beautiful location, was ridable to the local MTB park and walkable to the beach. Short drive to Abel Tasman as well. Highly recommend!
