Athinais Villa

Athinais Stone Villa is a perfect choice for couples or families that looking for a luxury vacation home in the South-West of Crete. The villa has been lovingly and meticulously designed with high quality materials, while it features elegant furnishings which help to create a high-quality experience, accommodating comfortably up to 6 guests. Starting from the top-down the master bedroom on the first floor has an en-suit bathroom and a private terrace. The terrace gives you the opportunity to enjoy the view or spent some time relaxing with a good book while having a glass of wine! The kitchen and the living room are situated on the ground floor and they share a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, so you can enjoy cooking the Mediterranean Cretan specialities while you are there. The ground floor has a second bedroom and a bathroom, while the living room has a sofa that is possible to be used as a bed and accommodate 2 more guests. Access to the main terrace area is available from the ground floor. The terrace has a BBQ and a private sea water swimming pool with an outdoor sitting area with sunbeds. It has its own private sea water swimming pool and are lovely places to relax and really have a high-quality vacation. We take an extra care to keep the pool water at the correct PH levels and to keep it crystal clear and safe to use. We use sea water that requires less chemical cleaning and is bod-friendly.

Villa Azogire is distinguished by the unique and distinctive design that distinguishes it by combining the comforts and style of a modern home with the tradition and the history of the village. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. Villa consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom each and a large sofa that accommodates up to 2 guests. Still in the room there are bed linen, kitchenware, room with washing machine and tumble dryer, TVs, fireplace and internet for an even more comfortable stay. Villa also has a large outdoor area with wood oven, barbecue and sun loungers. The view from the balconies of the house is unique, as one can see the mountains, the Paleochora and the Libyan Sea. We discovered it as a ruin in 2012, and rebuilt it to make it the most cozy place on the south side of Crete. The house dates from 1910, and is separated in two levels that are 100% independent. On the ground floor, there is a one bedroom place, one the top level, a two bedroom one. This listing is about the ground floor (one bedroom). Caminada is just 10' from Paleochora and the beaches.
