Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Perry cottage is situated in a perfect spot for walking, biking and bird watching. Surrounded by the fantastic views of the South Downs with the sight of the Arundel town and its castle, is the perfect place where to relax and enjoy the countryside. You will be only 30 minutes away from the vibrant towns of Brighton on the east side and 20 min from Chichester on the west. You will find local pubs nearby and attractions like The Goodwood estate and Fontwell racecourse, known for their festivals.

We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided
