The Lodge 44a - Nr. South Downs. No Booking Fees!

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Situated in a good residential area with Worthing Railway station, shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs within 5-15mins walk. About 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. Has Double bed, fold out bed (extra charge*), sofa, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave) shower room and a good sized garden where guests are welcome to relax. "Olive View" is a purpose built cabin, with a hot-tub & private terrace and patio area. There are plenty of options for you here; a quiet getaway to enjoy that well earned break, or a base to visit local attractions such as the South Downs, Brighton or Worthing. The interior provides a perfect couples escape. Inside, the space has a kitchenette (no oven), a dining space, a king-size bed, pocket doors leading to a shower room & cloakroom. The cabin is located at the end of our garden.

Hardy Cottage - Arundel Town Centre

This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. “The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Summer Cottage is the perfect base to experience the magic of medieval Arundel. This delightful, refurbished character cottage is positioned in the heart of the old town. Within a ‘stone’s throw’ you have easy access to Arundel Castle, the magnificent cathedral and a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and independent retailers. This is perfect home with a lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a contemporary bathroom and a private courtyard.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest.
