Such a beautiful place. The location is slightly in a rural area, and the view of nature is really beautiful. The host was also very nice, and super responsive.

Not a first visit. It was great to stay at this place again. Host is very friendly and caring as usual. We love the location as per everything is very handy. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend for other small families.

Thanks for Mintra and her family's reply and help. It's a tiny cozy house with a nice yard and just next to her family's restaurant. It's also cafe and 7-11 next to the gas station, very convenient. It takes around 15 mins to wonderfruit by motorcycle. I would really love to come back next year

Лёгкое самостоятельное заселение. В квартире много мелочей, для уюта и удобства. Много посуды. С балкона действительно очень красивые виды на закат. Просторный тренажёрный зал. В бассейне не многолюдно, в основном люди приходят на закате, а до и после можно плавать в одиночестве. Очень тихо, соседей вообще не слышно. Получила удовольствие от проживания, была бы рада вернуться следующей зимой.

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

Besides 7-11, and 10 mins to BTS Bearing station on foot. I can only say it is a excellent house, and will come again.

Incredibly cozy, incredibly beautiful apartment of presidential luxury range. Chic interior design, lovely sea view, huge and comfortable beds, well-thought-out kitchen with all possible inventory. In addition, the apartment has optical Internet, which is rare to find in Pattaya. The best infrastructure in the most beautiful condo next to the cleanest sea in Pattaya. Ron is a responsive and very friendly host! Definitely recommend!
