Cozy 3-bedroom residential home on working farm

Ever wanted to chuck it all and buy a farm? We did in 2010 and now want to share it with you. The "Dell" sits at the entrance to Double Z Land & Livestock, a working farm owned and operated by The Abbruzzese family. Rolling hills, open fields, and grazing farm animals grace this 75-acre farm. If you want a glimpse of country life, seek to switch up your work-from-home routine, or just want to get away, come take up residence on the farm. If it's lambing season, you might even see some babies ;)

Lakeside Cabin

Hear and see the loons from the comfort of this screened in porch. There is a trundle bed that pulls out on the porch for those that would like to lay out there , read , and listen to the birds. The cabin built in 1944 was the second structure built on our property. It is in between our boathouse and the main house. It is unique and rustic. There are two bedrooms and one bath. A small bar. A private dock and a shared beach area. There is taxidermy in the cabin including a half mount Grizzly.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

The Nifty Village House

The Nifty Village House is an animal-free private home rental in the heart of Buckfield, Maine, a small New England town that sits on the Nezinscot River. This listing has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Conveniently located near Tilton's Market, Post Office, High School and more. We welcome guests with completed profiles, I.D. Verification, photo, and good reviews on Airbnb. The Nifty Village House is managed by Michael & Andrea at Niftybug Rentals.

StreamSide Getaway- HOT TUB / AC/ Wi-Fi

The Streamside Getaway offers a luxurious glamping experience in a new solar and wind-powered Geodome. Equipped with custom furniture, new hot tub,luxury appliances, free high speed wifi, AC/Heat Unit and modern bathroom and kitchen facilities, guests can enjoy a homely and comfortable stay in nature. A glamping site built in 2022 offers a contactless check-in process with a custom key code. Additionally, we have added archery, axe throwing, and kayaks to enhance your outdoor activity!

Twin Pines Cabin at Piper Ranch

This cabin is rustic, off the grid, with no running water or electricity. We do provide a battery pack, Jackery, that can be recharged at the available private bathroom area next to our house. Peaceful and private, relax alongside a brook, looking out to a spacious field and rolling hills. There are plenty of trails to just explore the 100 + acres of Piper Ranch or head out to nearby established hiking trails. Our herd of three Highland Cattle graze the fields most of the year.

The Barnhouse with hot tub

Get away with your whole family at this peaceful home in the country. Hear the frogs chirping in the pond, birds tweeting in the treetops and watch chickens roam around. Enjoy the clear, starry nights while relaxing in the hot tub or cozying up by the fire. Centrally located between coast and mountains. Head a hour north to take the family hiking or on the slopes to enjoy the mountains. Head 40 minutes south to take in the coast and see the iconic Maine lighthouse.

Home in Greene - 15 min. to Bates College

Relax with the whole family (and the dogs, too!) at this peaceful place to stay and experience life in a small town in Maine. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood next to Allen Pond with views of the pond, enjoy ample free parking and easy access to neighboring Lewiston/Auburn. Just 15 minutes from Bates College, this home makes the perfect home away from home with 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, dining room, and living room.

Idyllic Lakeside Cabin Winter Getaway

Situated on a beautiful lake with 350 feet of private shoreline the cabin is ideal for family gatherings or a small group of friends, it is not available for parties and events. A seven day minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) is required for July and August. Cozy up with board games, a book and enjoy the tranquility. We have firewood on the property for you to use. The docks are not in the water from October to April.
