This traditional three-story house of 150 sq.m. is located literally on the sea, in the historic old port of Chora, the capital of Andros, overlooking the picturesque chapel of Agia Thalassini, the impressive Tourlitis lighthouse and the Venetian Castle of Chora. The spacious terrace of the house offers unlimited sea views and a unique view of the sunrise, directly exposed to the summer breeze and the waves of the sea, giving the feeling that the visitor is literally on the deck of a boat!

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Πλησίον της υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, φούρνοι, σούπερ μάρκετ και καφετέριες.
