Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains (State Park). Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.

This cozy retreat boasts approximately 5 tiny homes, with 500 square feet each of comfortable living space. Each tiny home accommodates up to four people for a memorable getaway and 1/2 a mile from the Wind Creek State Park entrance. Our amenities include a pool, fire pit and pond stocked with catfish guests can use.

A cozy, well appointed cottage that feels like home. Located in Waverly, Alabama, 10 miles from all the fun in Auburn and 2 miles from ALL the fun in Downtown Waverly.
