Kingston Master Suite

This is a Turn of the Century Victorian Home. It was built in 1900, we are the 3rd owners. It has been well loved and given a new look. It is our desire to share this with unique space with everyone. You will have a warm and inviting space to relax in. Upgrades include an extensive water filtration system and thermostatic shower controls. Kingston Suites also offers central air and heat for each floor giving you control of your comfort. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There are 3 suites total

Cozy Cabin by the Pond

Quiet, private country location to relax and unwind. 9 miles west of Dubuque, close to Wineries, Heritage Trail, Sundown Mountain Resort. Cozy cabin and quarter acre pond. Sun yourself on the patio, or nap in the shade of the covered porch. We're sure you will love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children and no pets. Outdoor relaxing space, gas grill. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Vintage View Suite

Please take a close look, it has been redecorated recently! Great for 2 Guests and a wonderful stay! Thank you for taking a look! Queen bed, kitchenette, fireplace, private bathroom, upper deck patio in the summer months, close to downtown restaurants, shopping, park, walking trails and beautiful Basilica!

Beach Vibe No Beach Shanty

It's a quirky little weird house. 😂 Built in 1922. Its a whopping 560 sqft. It's a clean, classy decorated place for visitors to come & stay while enjoying Cedar Rapids. Relax on the little front porch to sip your morning coffee. Large TV & comfy couch. Dinning area is bright & cheery. 2 bedrooms both with FULL size beds. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a claw foot tub. Note..It is an extremely small bathroom. Cute galley kitchen leads to the basement with washer & dryer.

Historic Ausadie Building Studio Apartment 1-G

Ausadie Building is a registered Local & National Historic property, located in the Medical & Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, four live theaters, Coe College and many churches and restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and a peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and a fully equipped gym are also included. The historic Hogle House was home to Dr. Kate Hogle, the first female doctor in Mount Vernon, alumni of Cornell College; and her husband, Dr. George Hogle. Located one block from Cornell College and two blocks from restaurants and shopping; this unique property sits on main street and provides easy access to downtown Mount Vernon. The spacious and freshly renovated first floor apartment has every amenity you need for a quick college visit or a week back in town with family.

The Irish Hill - Uptown Marion

Named after it’s neighborhood roots, this 2 bedroom apartment is full of charm. Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill. A completely separate 1 bedroom apartment (also on Airbnb) is the top half of the house, and we call that the Uptown B! Check it out on our host profile. Irish hill guests will have access to a .25 acre yard (unfenced). Only blocks away from uptown Marion!

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!
