The place is amazing. Melbin is a very good host, very friendly and treats guests like family. He helped us with the itinerary and cab for the trip around Munnar. The stay was amazing, zero hassles. About the place: The road which leads to the stay from the main road is a bit narrow. But Melbin himself arrived and took us in his car to directly to the stay. The place, the architecture, the plan, the accessories and service is all great. The view, nature, surroundings is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you Melbin for making the stay memorable

nice place. good swimming pool . the caretaker and his team made sure they cleaned the swimming pool and only then they allowed us to use the pool. food was awesome. the owner was good in assisting us with local attractions. on the whole a good owner with a perfect team to assist him . Great hospitality. Will definitely come back .

Who ever wants to stay in close to nature and surrounded by dense coconut trees and clean air and ideal place to spend with family. The house owner incredibly hospitable, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy ambiance and host has arranged home food was excellent .I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Definitely planning to return!

It was a wonderful stay at Arun’s place, felt like home. Arun and his family offered us breakfast and made us feel comfortable. The house is also located beautifully within walking distance from the main market.

The property had an amazing experience! The property was nestled amidst lush greenery and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the Marayoor Sandalwood Tree plantations. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. kitchen utensils were not provided. also, for us being 9 people, it's just a 2,bhk with big hall and additional beds. with only one fan in the corner. would have been great if there are two three fans in hall and kitchen equipments.
