Luxurious apartment in monumental building

Feesten zijn niet toegestaan in de BnB. Dit luxe appartement is gelegen op een top locatie. Vlakbij de mooiste musea, winkelstraten en restaurants. Het appartement bevindt zich in het souterrain van een monumentaal pand, waar je beschikking hebt over eigen privé verdieping. Op slechts 20 minuten van het vliegveld zijn aankomst en vertrek een soepele ervaring en het appartement bevindt zich op loopafstand van de bekendste musea van Amsterdam. Het appartement is van alle luxe en gemakken voorzien.

Authentic but modern Houseboat in one of the oldest parts of Amsterdam. This city center neighbourhood is a 'hidden' and quiet top spot with all the action around the corner! My houseboat is provided with all the luxury you might expect from a regular house with the extra benefits of a terrace with all day sun and airco in the bedroom. In summer we swim in the canal. The boat fits 2 adults and a child. Just 5 minutes walk from central station. No smoking inside and on the rooftop. No parties

Please note: I completely renovated the house recently. It has been split into two apartments. The apartment downstairs is for rent. It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Knusse woonboot met parking in centrum Amsterdam

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 als "Haagsche Aak" is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming en gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Een volledig gemoderniseerde vrij liggende woonark, van alle comfort voorzien, met vrij uitzicht over de Westeinder Plassen. De woonark beschikt over een ruime woon- en eetkamer met goed uitgeruste keuken. Twee ruime slaapkamers en een prachtige badkamer, die uitgerust is met een was-/droogcombinatie, zijn beneden. Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
