Pinnacle Creek is one of the most scenic the HMT has, connecting to Indian Ridge, Pocahontas, & Warrior. Still not enough? The outlaws are less than 5 miles from our cabin. Get lost. We are just 20 minutes from winter place, 30 minutes from the new river gorge and four minutes from Raleigh General hospital. Ideal place for skiers, rafters, or travel nurses. Inside has been newly renovated and includes 2br with queen beds, 1 full bath with onsite laundry and off street parking (until weather permits for driveway to be poured.) This is the sister property to Wild and Wonderful Westwood.

Great Escape Lodging is conveniently located in Black Eagle, which is right outside of Mullens city limits, and just 3 miles from the newly constructed Coalfield Expressway. Hatfield & McCoy and Outlaw trails are just a few miles away with no trailering required through the ATV friendly town of Mullens. Parking is more than plentiful for several vehicles, ATV's and trailers. An added bonus is an on-site carwash, and gas, grocery and restaurants less than a mile away!

It's the best of small town life, and outdoor fun! Come enjoy the trails, fish right outside your backdoor, or kayak down the river!
