Cozy 3 bedroom cottage steps from private beach

Unwind with the whole family and explore the best Niagara Region has to offer at this peaceful cottage, steps from Lake Erie. Less than 30 mins from Niagara Falls, Buffalo NY, as well as several Niagara Region wineries, distilleries and beaches. If downtime is what you need, spend the day relaxing steps away at the private beach. Wash off the sand afterwards in your private outdoor shower. Then spend the evening relaxing in your screened in porch, or around the campfire in your backyard.

Our beach house is 'As Close as it Gets'! We are located right across from the beach entrance and in the heart of the strip. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and amenities that our quaint beach town has to offer! Awaiting your arrival is a fully detached 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

Spectacular View On the Water Our lake home is on the water, with a private beach. The beach house has quality bedrooms with both a King and queen beds as well as super-fast wifi. a great place to relax for your getaway. The Sunroom 3 season is large looking onto the water and the Patio on the water is great. Both are often used to relax, view the lake and many like the ambience for Yoga. Parties are not permitted.
