Charming House on 7 Acres in Rural New Hampshire

This magical place has been our home away from home for twenty years and we are excited to share it with you. We hope you'll experience the same time-out-of-time feeling we get when sitting out on the deck in the early morning or looking up on a moonless night as the Milky Way snakes its way across the dark sky. The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.

Escape to this modern post-and-beam farmhouse set right on the water! Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, then unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Sleep soundly in a huge king bed after exploring the pond in a kayak, using the gym or the yoga room. Serene views all around plus wildlife visits from deer, beavers, eagles and many more. Great location close to hiking, skiing, waterfalls, and great local dining.

Quiet Waterfront Retreat

The camp is 1,200 square feet of awesomeness! It is cozy and quaint, and equipped with beach toys, indoor games, gas grill, charcoal grill, pots & pans and all your essentials for your cooking needs. Over the course of this year, we have made plenty of improvements such as; new counter tops, new backsplash, new doors & windows and hardwood floors redone. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Two family Victorian in very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store, fast food, drug stores and sit down restaurants. 1/2 mile to Rivier University. Parking for 3 cars. Private entrance, Wifi . Home was built in the 1930's, beautiful woodwork and hard wood floors, yet updated with modern amenities. There is a $10/guest per night fee for each guest over 4.
