Less than an hour from Manchester, Concord & Keene, this new home offers relaxation & year-round adventure. This lakefront property has a dock, with kayaks & paddleboards. You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Welcome Home! A spacious colonial in the very quiet east side of Manchester NH. A Short 2 min drive to Route 93 close to airport (MHT) and downtown Manchester. The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. Charming House on 7 Acres in Rural New Hampshire

This magical place has been our home away from home for twenty years and we are excited to share it with you. We hope you'll experience the same time-out-of-time feeling we get when sitting out on the deck in the early morning or looking up on a moonless night as the Milky Way snakes its way across the dark sky. The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.

Historic home , built 200 years ago. Home is totally powered w/ solar energy. Bright sunny, country style w/ lots of wood, tile, granite counters & European kitchen. Noodles the cat to greet you Large 30 foot deck , gas grill and patio umbrella & seating for outdoor dining. Accommodations on lake side include fire pit, kayak, canoe, paddleboards PFD's, picnic tables, chairs, hammock w/beautiful view. A small slice of heaven!
