Overlooking the Historic Eagle Street district in downtown North Adams, this centrally located, 2nd floor 330 sq ft unit just got a facelift! New paint throughout, furnishings, etc.... Sleeps 2 people (queen size bed) but we also have a fold out chair in the office area as well. Fully equipped eat in kitchen and 3/4 bath. Please Note: This condo is located on the 2nd floor. Due to the antique nature of the building, there is no handicap accessible entrance, and the stairs are steep and narrow.

Located within minutes of downtown Amherst, grocery stores, restaurants and nearby colleges, such as UMass, Amherst College and Hampshire College. Bus stop in front of complex is a plus. It gives you the freedom and convenience when you want to avoid the hassles of finding parking spaces while going to town or nearby colleges. Most of bus services are free in Amherst area. The condo has the coin-operated laundry in the common basement or if you prefer there are also laundromats nearby.

Our duplex apartment is centrally located on Main St. in the middle of downtown Northampton. Steps away from restaurants, nightclubs, museums, galleries, theaters and Smith College. Park your car and spend your day exploring our beautiful little city. You'll be staying in a sunny, spacious, private bedroom, with high ceilings, and windows looking down on Main St. Downstairs is an airy kitchen and living room. Central A/C & Heat. Wifi. FYI we do have a shy kitty.

Private & Quiet Studio Apt. in Vermont

Clean, comfortable , quiet and snug, this studio apartment is a great place to come and relax in. It has a comfy QUEEN size bed with a 40” LCD at its foot, a kitchen set up for cooking and a desk with a view of a green field. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of our detached garage. Our garage sits behind our home, well away from the street. We live in a residential neighborhood that is conveniently located near I91, Route 30, Route 9 and Downtown .
