Living room opens up onto a 20 ft balcony which offers extended views of Fernandina Beach & is the best spot to watch the sunset over the ocean & dolphins playing in the waves. Master bedroom is ocean side & has a king bed. The kitchen is fully furnished allowing for meals at home. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas included. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a flex room that can be used as an office or a sleeping space with a king trundle bed. Tandem kayak & gas golf cart are included to explore Drummond Park, Walker's Landing, Nature Center, mini golf, multiple shops and restaurants all within Amelia Island Plantation. The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!

Beachside cottage

Cute 2/1 cottage on the beach that is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to an uncrowded beach. At the base of the driveway is a 150m boardwalk thru the dunes to the beach. The cottage sits behind main house and shares an entrance walkway and driveway. Although it is beach side there is no oceanview from the cottage. There is a 3 day minimum, No smoking, and a strict 3 guest limit.
