The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Next to the building is a set of stairs that takes you down to the main piazza in Lerici in 5 minutes. The main square is full of restaurants, bars ice cream shops and everything you may need. Appartamento nel centro di Tellaro, Liguria

Appartamento elegante situato nel centro storico di Tellaro, a due passi dal mare. Si accede attraverso due ingressi indipendenti, dal principale si entra nel luminoso soggiorno, di cui una parte soppalcata con tre posti letto ( un divano letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo), attraverso alcuni scalini si scende nella cucina/zona pranzo ben attrezzata ed al primo bagno con doccia. Il secondo ingresso permette l'accesso diretto alla camera matrimoniale munita del bagno en suite con doccia.

In un bosco privato, una casa su tre livelli indipendenti, progettata nel 1962 dall’architetto Luisa Castiglioni secondo canoni modernisti, si apre sulla foce del fiume Magra e sulle Alpi Apuane. La casa si raggiunge solo a piedi, attraverso 150 gradini tra gli alberi. Le case sono prive di aria condizionata: ogni spazio è stato restaurato nel rispetto delle caratteristiche originarie. Sono luoghi per chi cerca silenzio e natura, e un modo di abitare misurato, tra architettura e paesaggio.
