Idyllically located on a beach development in a newer building just in the heart of Caye Caulker a short walk from the ferry. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. Each beautifully decorated room is set with air conditioning, sunlight, a desk/office area, refrigerator, private bathroom/ shower, and a full-size bed. This villa is one of 8 units on a beach property called Island Magic Villas, located on the north side of Caye Caulker. It is located across 'The Split' which means it is only accessible by boat. There is a public ferry that makes trips across to the village all day long. Guests can walk, ride the resort's golf cart, or bike approximately a third of a mile from the property to the ferry at the split. The property has a large swimming pool, and a full service restaurant an beach bar.

Comfortable Beach Casita - with AC

Close to the beach, with a great panoramic view, restaurants, scuba diving, and San Pedro is within 3 mi (5 km). You’ll love my place because of the privacy, comfort, enormous pool, laundry facilities, free parking, and beach bar. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups. Wi-Fi is free and golf carts and bikes are for rent. The address is 1 Seagrape Drive. Locally owned and operated. Small Hotel with friendly Staff on Caye Caulker. Located in Tropical Paradise Hotel. Swimming Pool use included. This comfy room has AC, TV, Private Bath, and a nice Balcony to enjoy the view and the breeze. The Staff is ready to welcome you.
