Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

The bath features a double vanity, tub for two and modern shower. A full size laundry set is tucked near the back door. The back yard features a cedar pergola with hot tub, a seating area and gas BBQ grill.

Enjoy our comfortable guest suite located off of i40 and close to the hospitals, shopping, and restaurants. Our guest have their own entrance to their suite with keyless entry, separate parking, patio, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. There are no shared spaces however; we do live on site so you may hear us from time to time. The bedroom sleeps 2 with a king size bed and the living room has a twin size bed escape great for children, custom built with a beautiful flower wall, a kid’s dream!

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. It is a quaint space. It was built in the 1930s as a home/convenient store. Prior to Airbnb it was an art gallery. All the art is for sale and changes frequently. It is a 4 block walk to downtown with 30 restaurants, a 7 block walk to Hodge Town Ball Park and the Civic Center. Conveniently located to I-27 and I-40. There is a large fenced area behind the Airbnb for dog lovers! It is self-check-in any time you get here. No cleaning/pet fees.
