Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.

The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd) but access is directly from the road so no steps are required. The apartment is part of a complex with three delightful pools. (Two of which are heated in the winter). There are also two large golf courses nearby.
