Das Erdgeschoß überrascht durch einen großzügigen 40m2 Wohn- und Küchenbereich, der warm, gemütlich und funktionell eingerichtet zum Beisammensein einlädt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ebenfalls das Gäste-WC). Im luftig hellen Obergeschoß befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer, ein kleine Leseoase, das Hauptbad sowie der Zugang zum Innenhof.
