Acessos: a 2,5 km da aldeia de Melides, onde se podem adquirir todos os bens de consumo necessários no Mercado e Minimercados, e também lojas, cafés e restaurantes.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

Monte das Casolas is a rural retreat nestled amid an unspoiled oak forest (Montado) in the countryside near Grândola. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush green or yellow landscapes, this enchanting destination offers an authentic experience where you will immerse yourself in peace and nature. The houses have a kitchen and a spacious living room and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There is one ensuite bedroom with double beds. You will have access to a common swimming pool.

O jardim e a piscina, são partilhados pelos dois alojamentos. O jardim possui 2 câmaras de vigilância.
