Maple Cottage is a brand new accommodation in the village of Ludborough. Set in the heart of the village, with The Livesey Arms Pub located next door, serving seasonal produce. The Cottage has its own private outdoor seating & dining area, with access to a hot/cold dog wash tap. Located up a short flight of stairs, you will be welcomed with a stunning one bed, with dressing room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout.

Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

The Garden Room is a beautifully converted self-contained studio adjacent to the main house in a quiet elevated cul de sac on the desirable West side of Louth, with ample driveway parking. A perfect location for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds and Coast or taking an 8 minute walk into town for pubs, restaurants, theatre, churches, the market and lovely shops. Spacious, light and open plan with ensuite shower and conservatory /kitchenette area overlooking a private patio area.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
