Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Surradale loft offers a truly special bolthole where couples can retreat to the cosy romantic loft for relaxation in a peaceful setting. With spacious entrance porch, kitchenette, rainfall shower, reading nook, loft bedroom and garden, you will have everything you need to explore the stunning farm surroundings. Only ten minutes drive from the beach, or with ample walking around the farm, you'll be spoilt for choice. Well behaved dogs welcome downstairs. Bed can be either double or twin.

Glampods Glamping Pod -Meet Highland Cows Elgin

Mosstowie, 10 minute drive from Elgin. Double bed, single bunk bed and a king size sofa bed. Underfloor heating during the day, a seating area and a dining area with table and 5 chairs with a smart TV. It has ample storage for luggage and clothes etc. Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink. kitchen: oven, fridge, 2 ringed cooker, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster Outside: seating area, decking and a bbq. We also have 3 highland pet cows over the fence and my 2 VBN sheep are nearby too.

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

The house is well located for Elgin town centre which is a 10/15 min walk.2 parking spaces are provided. It’s a home from home with new decked outdoor seating at the rear. Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen including air fryer , bathroom. Please check the house rules, additional information for any questions you might have which might help when looking to book. Distilleries all a short drive . Glen Moray distillery a 10 minute walk . I visit my guests to say a quick hello.

Exclusive hosted tipi retreat in Moray’s whisky country at the end of a quiet farm track, surrounded by fields and northern skies. Ideal for small groups who value shared space and firelight. Includes a wood-heated whisky barrel hot tub (on request), cold plunge tub, outdoor kitchen and fire area. The retreat is entirely yours. A simple outdoor compost toilet is 5 metres from the tipi. A full bathroom is in the cottage (30 metres). Host lives on site and respects your privacy.
