In Love with Alfama with Private Patio

Throw open the windows and let a soft breeze glide through this calm, radiant apartment. Sprawl out on a leather couch and find your center amid modern furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Trendy Apartment in the heart of Chiado

Location, Location, Location. You are in Rua Garrett, the trendiest street in Lisbon! Just walk out from the building into the bustling heart of Chiado, where you can dine, shop and enjoy the best Lisbon has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable with a charming decor and very quiet, even though it's in the middle of everything. The building has two elevators and the apartment has air-conditioning (for cooling and heating). The subway station (Baixa-Chiado) is only 2 min away from the flat!

Chiado Loft 15 Astonishing River and City Views

This absolutely amazing New Loft apartment in a typical Lisbon XIX building with no elevator is located in one of the streets that corner with Rua da Bica offers a very warm and inviting atmosphere, with astonishing views over Tagus river and Lisbon's rooftops. It has an amazing terrace with sweeping views over the river, the bridge and the statue of Christ the King. It offers a living, dinning and work area, a kitchenette, a white marble bathroom with a great shower enclosure, and a bedroom.

Located in the heart of Lisbon, in Marques de Pombal close to the emblematic Eduardo VII park and Avenida da Liberdade. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE there is construction work next door and may be noisy during the day** The rooftop apartment is accessible via an outdoor spiral staircase. Due to the stairs, please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Located in a historic and charming building, totally refurbished in 2018. With a great location, between the viewpoint of Portas do Sol (Alfama) and Graça viewpoint, 2 minutes walk from the famous tram 28 and 5 minutes walk from the Castle. Great to discover the historic center.

Exclusive and very unique location on the beach, ocean front downtown Nazaré. With private rooftop 360 view. Free Covered Parking (5 minutes distance). Fully equipped with air conditioning AC, dishwasher, washer and all the appliances you need. Enjoy the concerts from the private terrace as well as the hectic life on the beach. Cosy and well decorated. This is in one of the most typical Portuguese buildings in town be aware it’s a 3rd floor with no lift.

Come live an experience in a typical Lisbon neighborhood, full of colors and tiles, 5 minutes walk from the metro station Marques de Pombal. In 10min walk you will be in the historical center of the city where everything happens and where you can ride the famous tram 28! The neighborhood can be very quiet despite being in the center of Lisbon, next to the square of Marquês de Pombal and Av. da Liberdade.
