Our large 5 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

Our spacious annex is the perfect place for a peaceful nights sleep. Located in the picturesque village of Crowle, surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. Luxurious king size bed, good wi-fi connection, spacious lounge area to relax in, newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath, tea, toast & full kitchen. On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

17 Fir Trees is a stylish two bedroom caravan on 7 Lakes Country Park Nestled on 160 acres of woodland and lakes it is ideal for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle Bring a kayak, paddle board or canoe and explore Clearwater Lake. Or if fishing is your thing there are 10 lakes to choose from. Relax at the lakeside bar and restaurant, or visit Keeley's Ice Cream Parlour Venture outside the park to explore the attractions and hidden gems that North Lincolnshire has to offer

We are a twenty minute journey from Robin Hood Airport and 15 minutes from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, a must visit for Adults & children. Nearby leisure activities include many well established and renowned fishing lake complexes.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.
