Great apartment, near the bus. The host was kind to let us checkin early.

Klasse Lage mit toller Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn, Bus), sehr nahe an der Innenstadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr guter Kontakte mit der Vermieterin vorab. Gute Unterstützung z.B. wo am besten parken. Sehr Entgegenkommend ( wir waren ca.2 Std. vor der vereinbarten Übernahme der Wohnung, nach einem kurzen Austausch am Vortag war das überhaupt kein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, in a perfect location, and ideal for families. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Zudem hat man einen schönen Blick über die Dächer. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Alle weiterliegenden Ziele sind perfekt per Straßenbahn, U-Bahn oder Bus zu erreichen, die Haltestellen liegen direkt vor der Tür. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm, Augarten und Prater sind nicht weit und man hat die Wahl zwischen mehreren gut ausgestatteten Geschäften. Edith ist sehr freundlich und hat spontan alle unsere Fragen (leider auch mal spät am Abend, danke nochmal dafür Edith!) beantwortet. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

It was my 5th tome in Vienna, and Chris's plays was by far the best of all me previous stays. Maine points: 1. Great location. It is close to everything = (10 min. walt to Opera), and the same time on a very quiet street. 2. It is very spacious. Very often apartment in Europe feel a little claustrophobic,. Chris's apartment is very spacious, with a very big bathroom. It is an open concept apartment, so kitchen also feels very big. Overall I had a great time. Would book it again without a hesitation.

Dies war das beste Airbnb in dem wir je waren! Unglaublich sauber, die Lage perfekt, super bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung und das Highlight: der Pool auf dem Dach. Wir haben jeden Tag in dieser Unterkunft genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Fabian/den Gastgebern war stets freundlich, hilfreich und schnell. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

In attraktivem Gebiet zentral gelegene, gleichwohl ruhige, Wohnung mit ausreichender Ausstattung und guter Anbindung an den oeffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Beautiful apartment, great communication, ease of check in and so close to tram stop. Very Comfortable bed and the small extras others miss, coffee, tea, and bathroom products. We would recommend and hope to be back someday.

On a passé un très agréable séjour de 9j à Wien dans l’appartement de Maxime. L’appartement est spacieux, bien achalandé et très agréable à vivre. L’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos qui n’illustrent pas sa taille ni sa luminosité ! Il est situé prêt de nombreux magasins fournissant tout le nécessaire et les transports nous amènent au centre de Wien en 20min. La personne de contact sur place répond très rapidement à nos questions via Whattsapp. Vraiment un très bon séjour !!! Nous recommandons ce logement pour votre séjour à Wien. Anaïs & Noah

Vielen Dank, Alois! Für uns war die Unterkunft ideal gelegen, gleich in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Alois räumt und sogar die Möglichkeit ein, unser Elektroauto an einer 16 A Steckdose am Haus zu laden. Außerdem erlaubt er uns später auszuhecken, was bei der Abreise sehr hilfreich war.

This flat is an overall good choice! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Bright and welcoming flat. Easy walking distance to Belvedere, and lots of grocery markets. Most other sites and Wien HBF around 30 minute walk away. Tram is steps away from flat. Great kitchen, oil, vinegars, salt and pepper, plus all essentials provided. Plenty of towels, and clean linens. Comfortable beds. Cozy and warm during winter/spring. Provided umbrellas which was a plus since it rained both days we were there. Host was kind and helpful and provided a quick response when a problem occurred. Only drawback-Internet was a little slow.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Domell's gorgeous apartment. The apartment is beautiful: extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and full of natural light. It's located in a superb area, being both on a quiet street but very close to a metro stop and a bike stop, making transport very easy. There are many shops and restaurants nearby too. Domell was extremely responsive and helpful at all his times. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, clean and well furnished apartment. It has been updated from the photos and is better than the listing looks. It is in a quiet neighborhood near the center. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking and meals. We stayed here with our 17 month old daughter and it was easy to manage with her. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was like described. The apartment is really cute and close to the center of the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there were stains at the couch, but other than that everything was ok!

l'appartamento era molto pulito, direi impeccabile, molto accogliente con quasi tutto il necessario ( mancava qualcosa di essenziale come un vero scolapasta e un tagliere, sale e caffè). confermo che gli asciugamani seppur puliti avevano un odore di umidità ma credo che non ci si possa fare molto tranne usare sempre l'asciugatrice. il giorno che siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato uno stendino con i panni stesi in camera da letto 3 il divano letto non aperto e fissato ma ci siamo arrangiati, nulla di grave. la metropolitana è a 4 minuti a piedi dalla casa, comodissima e sulla linea U1 che è la principale. a 5 minuti a piedi c'è un BILLA fornito di tutto, l'edificio è molto bello, comodissimo il posto auto coperto proprio sotto l'appartamento.Dietro L'edificio, 2 minuti a piedi, c'è un ottimo ristorante (un po' caro) con dehors sul Danubio, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, alles hat perfekt gepasst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super – schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders toll war die schöne Lage und der praktische Garagenstellplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt in Slavivas Wohnung war mehr als toll! Die Wohnung ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Lage mit der super Anbindung ist ebenfalls top. Slavisa ist ein großartiger und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, vielen Dank für alles!

Bewertung: Für unseren Wochenendtrip nach Wien war die Wohnung sehr gut! Sie sieht aus wie abgebildet, ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren super! Emilia antwortet schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Es gab keine Probleme mit dem Check-in und Check-out. Wir konnten unser Gepäck sogar früher abstellen. Auch mit Hund war es kein Problem, Urlaub in der Wohnung zu machen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums und der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und hat dadurch eine super Lage! Unmittelbar daneben befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.
