It’s the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Sierras in a serene setting, with the sounds of Mott Creek, beautiful views of the Carson Valley and Sierra Mountains, and easy access to Lake Tahoe, within a 15-20 minute drive. Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

Our spacious comfortable home sits on 5 acres of a sunny mesa with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra crest, foothills, and Carson Valley. It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. Kirkwood-23 miles, Heavenly-21, Lake Tahoe-26, hot springs, fishing, snowmobiling-10, supplies-13, and EV Level 2 Universal Charger.

Tahoe Mountain Cabin

A nice large house that comfortably sleeps 8 with a hot tub and views of mount Tallac. The house also has a gas BBQ grill. No Pets allowed. Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

There is a detached WFH heated office that is perfect for those who are working from home and need a bit more privacy for meetings. This home is a fan favorite for a reason!
