The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Entering through a real Hobbit door you will find yourself in secure, fenced, very private garden securing you and your pets. Featuring an outside Living room, Dining area - the garden is a National Wildlife Urban Sanctuary – great bird watching venue. Indoors you will find a studio featuring a Kitchen, Dinning /Work area. The sleeping area has a comfortable bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, living area . The space has been created, furnished and equipped for your special experience.

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.
