Very bright and cozy loft nested on last (6th US) floor with a lift in an historic building (with a lift) just a stone-throw from the Old Harbor. The unit is oriented East and offers unobstructed views on the Old Harbor, Cap de Nice and the sea that you can enjoy from the patio, the sofa, the dining table or even your bed. The location can't be better - beaches, La Promenade, Old Town and all amenities are just 5 min walk. The unit is accessible from the airport with Tram Line 2.

Requires mounting on the 5th floor WITHOUT lift of this building which is away from the noisiest places of the Old City. Nearby tram, bus and shops.
