Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

The 50sqm cabin is only for the comfort of adventurers, featuring stove heating and through-the-river access.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Ζήστε σε ένα παραμυθένιο περιβάλλον γεμάτο χρώματα και καλλιτεχνική αύρα,το χώρο ενός συντηρητή έργων τέχνης. Ο χώρος είναι ενιαίος η κρεβατοκάμαρα χωρίζεται δημιουργικά με κουρτίνες και βιβλιοθήκη και η σοφίτα εχει δύο στρωματα διπλό και μονό,στο σαλόνι υπάρχει ωραίο λειτουργικο τζακι και σόμπα!
