Seafront Junior Villa with private heated Jacuzzi

Οι βίλες Vlamis αποτελούνται από 4 παρακείμενα διαμερίσματα και ένα ξεχωριστά, την Junior Villa. Η βίλα ανακαινίστηκε το 2023. Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Η συγκεκριμένη σουίτα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη, βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο ενός τριώροφου κτηρίου το οποίο απαρτίζεται από συνολικά τρείς σουίτες , μια στον κάθε όροφο . Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

Vista del Puerto

This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.

In the first area is the living room with a comfortable sofa which in total become 2 single beds.The second room is the master bedroom. Large Italian Stosa Kitchen fully equipped. “Levantes” two-level studio is located at the ground floor of the complex and can accommodate up to 2 persons. It’s located at a quiet neighborhood which offers panoramic view to the gulf of Souda. Apartment is really close to the city center, where you can find super market, restaurants, café and many more amenities. The blue flagged sandy beaches of Kalyves can be reached within 15 min walk.

The sea view Pegasos Maisonettes are located in the seaside town of Almyrida, 350 meters only from the lovely sandy beach and 19 km east from the town of Chania. Every maisonette has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sea view living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are eight similar Pegasos maisonettes and you are going to stay in one of them. A car is also recommended for your stay.

Λιτή διακόσμηση, άνετοι χώροι, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, θέα που κόβει την ανάσα,στην ήσυχη περιοχή της ιστορικής Χαλέπας στον δρόμο που ενώνει το αεροδρόμιο και την πόλη των Χανίων. Μόλις 3 χλμ απο την παλιά πόλη των Χανίων 9 χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο. Στάση λεωφορείου έξω από την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας. Μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ στα 50 μετρα.
