Beautiful beach views - in historic oldtown

Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.

Acogedor apartamento luminoso, con piscina,plaza de parking propia a 250 m de la playa . Totalmente equipado ,2 habitaciocon una gran terraza, piscina comunitaria y parking. Muy bien situado, no se precisa coche para ir al centro o playas. Muy cerca del centro comercial, Mercadona. Barrio residencial de apartamentos muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. El aeropuerto se encuentra a 15 km, unos 15 minutos en vehiculo. Ideal para parejas, viaje d negocios, familias (con hijos) y grupos pequeños

Wonderful 2 bedrooms flat to enjoy terrace with incredible views over the see. Very good connected, 5mn by foot to the aerport bus, and to the city center. An ideal place to enjoy peace, nature, sun, and the gastronomic delices. Our apartment is located in the city centre, on the Mercado Central square of Alicante. It is a very vibrant area surrounded by bar terraces, restaurants, little shops, pubs, etc. The Mercado Central is packed with fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, cheeses, pastries, etc. The apartment has all what you need to make you feel at home. If you are coming from the airport take the C6 Airport bus and get off at Alfonso X stop and we are just around the corner. It’s that easy!!

Lovely house with healty mild salt water pool (whopping 3x11m), 3 levels of terracess , spend all day at house with all you need, with lots of shops and restaurants/bars/cafes in neighbourhood. WATER FILTER IN WHOLE HOUSE - drink from tap. Nearest beach is lovely Playa de la Marina - 6km. Nice and quiet surroundings.
