This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. The farmhouse is ideally located near an authentic Spanish village in the Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious apartment is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. A Large Pool,Table-Tennis and Petanca are on the property.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Casa Los Chicos is situated at the lower end of the Almanzora Valley surrounded by Olive, Orange and Lemon groves affording stunning views of the area, but still only minutes away from the convenience of the A7/E15 Autovia. The house is immersed in the tranquillity of the Andalucian countryside in a small hamlet with plenty of walks available, the sound of birdsong and a fantastic view of the stars after sunset. The owners live on the premises together with their three pet dogs and four cats.
